 This is a the 4th Annual Nashville/Franklin Annual Coin Show. Dealer setup Thursday 4pm-7pm., Public Friday 10-5pm and SAT 10-3pm. We will be in a new location at the Drury Plaza Hotel. It is one of their nicer proerties and has offered us a great rate of $115 includes full breakfast and 2 free evening drink tickets. they have two large meeting rooms that we will utilize. As in past years we expect to sell out early. All tables are 6 ft. Tables are very economically prices at $185 with limited shared back space:  Corner Tables 2/6ft.=$400. with 6ft. back up tables. Cases are $20 each, Lights are $10 each. LED lights required on all lights, and can be rented free with $5 deposit. Tables may not be transferred,  resold, loaned, leased, shared or sublet, in whole or in part, without written consent of the Bourse Czar.  Tables not occupied by 9am Friday, or have been vacated, resort back to the Bourse Czar for resale to wait listed dealers.  Nothing is to be bought or sold that is prohibited in the area of the show.  Smoking is not permitted on the bourse floor. Dealers and assistants must wear the official dealer badge and agree to strick Covid19 precasutions.  All dealers must be members of the Brentwoodf/Franklin Coin Club. Regular membership is $10. Life membership is $150, w/board approval. Only dealers and working assistants are admitted to the Bourse prior to the public and allowed behind tables. Additions or changes after March 1st are $50.  Early Bird entry passes are sold to dealers without tables for $50. Please do not add other dealers to your contract to avoid Early Birds paying as we need the promotion money!  

Dealer Setup: Thursday 4pm-7pm. 9am FRI and SAT. NEW TIMES.

Public hours are Friday 10:00am-5pm.Saturday 10-3pm 

Table location assignments will be made by drawing by the Bourse Czar for all dealers who’s paid in full bourse fees are received by January 1st. Security precautions are being taken to provide every dealer with a maximum of protection. Police Security will be continuous on the premises from 3pm Thursday to 5pm Saturday.  However, there is no insurance carried by the Coin Show, COL Steven Ellsworth, ret., Drury Hotel, Williamson County Sherrif's office, Brentwood/Franklin Coin Club or any sponsoring clubs.  None of these mentioned parties will be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that might be sustained by those assigned space in the bourse, to their employees, or property, from any cause whatsoever, prior to, during, or subsequent to the period covered by this contract.
