1876 Seated Liberty Dime – PCGS AU-50

Offered here is a beautiful 1876 Seated Liberty Dime, professionally graded AU-50 by PCGS.

Designed by Christian Gobrecht, the Seated Liberty Dime is one of the classic 19th-century U.S. silver coin designs. This example retains strong overall detail consistent with the About Uncirculated grade, with light circulation wear visible primarily on the highest points of the design.

The obverse features Liberty seated on a rock, holding a pole topped with a Liberty cap and resting her hand on a shield inscribed LIBERTY. The reverse displays the denomination ONE DIME surrounded by a traditional agricultural wreath.
