1963 Canada Proof Set – Original Mint Packaging – 6 Coins
Offered for auction is a 1963 Canadian Proof Set, featuring six classic Canadian coins from the reign of Queen Elizabeth II. The coins remain housed in their original sealed Royal Canadian Mint-style cellophane packaging, accompanied by the original envelope.
The set includes the impressive 1963 Voyageur Silver Dollar, featuring the famous canoe and Northern Lights design, along with the 50-cent, 25-cent, 10-cent, 5-cent and 1-cent denominations.
The silver coins exhibit bright, attractive surfaces, while the bronze cent retains appealing original color. All six coins remain together in the original packaging, making this an excellent addition for collectors who appreciate vintage Canadian sets in their original presentation.
Included in the set: 1963 Canada Silver Dollar, 50 Cents, 25 Cents, 10 Cents, 5 Cents and 1 Cent.
The original cellophane packaging shows wrinkles and signs of age and storage, as expected for a set more than 60 years old. The original envelope is included.
Please examine both photographs carefully for the exact condition of the coins and packaging. The set pictured is the actual set being offered.
A desirable 1963 Canadian six-coin Proof Set featuring classic Queen Elizabeth II coinage and substantial vintage Canadian silver content.
