 This is a the 3rd Nashville-Brentwood-Franklin Coin Show. This will be a special show in conjuction with the largest Civil War Show in the country. WE are keeping the fees the same but our hours are dealer setup Friday9-5, Public SAT 9-5 and SUN 9-3pm Again we will be in the same room as past years, and again we expect to sell out early with only 60 total tables available. Center Aisle Table with very-limited back table space:  Fees: 1-6ft.=$150,  2 6ft.=$300;  6 ft Wall Table 1=$175, 2= $350.  Suinday only, (w/8a.m. entry) tables are $75 each. Cases are $15 each, LED lights required are $5 each. Tables may not be transferred,  resold, loaned, leased, shared or sublet, in whole or in part, without written consent of the Bourse Czar.  Tables not occupied by 9am Saturday, or have been vacated, resort back to the Bourse Czar for resale to wait listed dealers.  Nothing is to be bought or sold that is prohibited in the area of the show.  Smoking and alcohol is not permitted on the bourse floor.CW rules are no Firearms for this one.Dealers and assistants must wear the official dealer badge.  Up to two dealers may share tables for an extra $25 each.  All dealers and their working only assistants (maximum of 2), must be members of the ANA and BFC&CC. Regular membership is $12. Life membership is $150, w/board approval. Only dealers and working assistants are admitted to the Bourse prior to the public and allowed behind tables. Additions or changes after March 1st are $50.  Early Bird entry passes are sold to dealers without tables for $50 and must be also be members of ANA and BFCC. Please do not add other dealers to your contract to avoid Early Birds paying as we need the money! 100% refund through SEPTEMBER 31st.  After OCT 1st, there are no refunds.  If a dealer has any complications or emergency’s that prevent attendance, fees may be rolled over to the next year. 

Dealer Setup: Friday 9am-5pm.

Public hours are Saturday 9am-5pm.Sunday 9-3pm Dealers may enter Saturday and Sunhday at 8am.


Table location assignments will be made by drawing by the Bourse Czar for all dealers who’s paid in full bourse fees are received by September 1st. .Security precautions are being taken to provide every dealer with a maximum of protection. Police Security will be continuous on the premises from 9am Friday to 5pm Sunday.  However, there is no insurance carried by the Coin Show, COL Steven Ellsworth, ret., MK Shows its committees or any sponsoring club.  None of these mentioned parties will be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that might be sustained by those assigned space in the bourse, to their employees, or property, from any cause whatsoever, prior to, during, or subsequent to the period covered by this contract.
