The Ontario County Coin Club (OCCC) is celebrating its 65th year.  OCCC cultivates relationships among collectors in the Finger Lakes region.  Club members pursue numismatics as a science and assist and encourage new collectors. Monthly meetings feature member coin auctions, numismatics education, and roundtable discussions. If you have a passion for collecting coins, learning about history, civics and fiscal planning, become a member.  We are always interested in new members who are committed to learning, sharing, and networking with our numismatic community.

Meetings are held the first Sunday of each month at the Elks Lodge, 19 Niagara St. Canandaigua at 1 pm.

To celebrate its 65th anniversary and the Nation's Semiquincentennial, the Ontario County Coin Club is hosting the Canandaigua Coin Show on May 30, 2026 at the American Legion, 454 N. Main Street, Canandaigua, NY 14424. Doors open at 9 am. The show will feature coin dealers from the greater Finger Lakes region and numismatic exhibits such as Ontario County Bank Obsolete Notes and early National Bank Notes featured in the January 2026 edition of Life in the Finger Lakes article “Building a Nation with National Banks”.  Sponsored by Canandaigua National Bank.
